Submit your online request form and we will contact you with a scheduled date and time.
In the message box please provide the following information: Type of appliance, Brand name, Model #, Description of problem (what is the appliance doing wrong or not doing that it should be).
When we arrive for a service call, we will diagnose your appliance and then give you a quote for doing the repair which will include the diagnostic fee. Parts and any additional labor will be quoted to you at this time. If you decide not to have the repair done, then you will just owe the diagnostic/service fee of $85 (plus parts, labor, and trip charge if outside Hobbs, $85 each (plus any additional parts and labor if needed). We also provide In-Shop Service for $70 diagnostic fee (plus parts and additional labor if needed).
Please note that we do ask for payment after the repair is complete at the time of the service call. For your convenience we take cash, check, or credit card. We also ask that a homeowner is present for our first appointment. If you will not be at the home when the repair is completed, you can make a payment by calling us with your credit card information.
We also provide installation services for the following: Dishwashers, Over the Range Microwaves, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Vent Hoods, Undercounter Ice Makers, Washers, Dryers, and Garbage Disposals. Among other things, we can covert your gas range burners to propane gas (depending on conversion kit availability). Contact us for more information!
