I bought this two weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble with customer service. I paid for delivery and setup yet they wanted me to troubleshoot problem over the phone. Not sure why they expect the customer to waste their time doing that if someone else was paid to set it up. When tech did show up he said there was nothing wrong. Bought the matching dryer as well and it does a poor job of drying. I bought extended warranty on both so I guess I get to spend the next five years fighting with customer service. I purchased LG washer/dryer for other home a couple years ago and have had issues with that dryer as well. I own several rentals and I will never purchase anything LG again.

Bought this in Jan 2023. Start having problems with it almost 3mths ago. Had 1 tech work on it 2 times no results. Finally a 2nd tech was sent out. He said I have a roter broken. Had this machine since May of 2023 and in the past 6 months- we have had 4 now go on number 5 service techs to our home- 3 prior said un-repairable and the one that could fix it LG would. Not approve it. When it works it is an average washer at best. Its over priced for what it is and the reliability and noise are unacceptable. You really need to do better LG

I Dont Like This Machine

I keep getting an E6 error code. If the machine sits overnight it may start up again. I cant reach the bottom of the tub Im 52 I have to have a grab bar to get my cloths out of this machine. The warranty people just ignor me but they have the wrong purchase date and they think Im out of warranty. I have owned this machine less then a year. Warranty keeps telling me someone will call but no has called me yet. This machine has a lot of buttons completely unnecessary. The machine doesnt like to wash tennis shoes or your bath mat a shower curtin OH My. Dont use bleach on your white cloths youll trash the machine it will rust. Lousy paint.

It was exceptionally well made everything was tight and it was a quiet operation with excellent engineering. Takes up less space while providing a larger load capability. The control features are excellent especially the ability for the machine to measure water and detergent needs automatically. I selected this variety because of the color primarily but it included more features than I thought I would use. Now I am very glad I have those features and use them routinely. I feel it is a good value and would make the same purchase again.

Terrible finicky machine

I am very disappointed by this washing machine. It stopped working after only a few months and the customer service has been terrible as well. There are so many hidden requirements like cleaning and resetting and maintenance every month. I should have just stuck with my old top loader that is a basic machine without any smart features that can stop working and require hours upon hours on the phone to convince them to send a repair technician.

I bought this washer as a washer and dryer unit about a month ago What a difference it as made for me I should have done it sooner. Love the top loading feature with the impeller. I cant fit all my bedding in- including my king sized comforter. As soon as I got this machine up and running- I washed all our comforter and blankets in the house.
