Great fridge. Manufacturing issue with the metal plate at the back of the freezer section. The paint coating was not applied correctly at the factory and some bits are going rusty after a few months of usage. Unfortunately this is excluded from the warranty and now my freezer section is unusable unless I replace the plate at a cost of $300 plus installation. Not happy.

We have had to have 5 Frigidaire refrigerators delivered (ordered Brand New from Lowe™€™s and US Appliance). Every single one was damaged upon delivery. From dents, to failed circuit boards, to a visible burn spot on the rear panel, to hinges on the door being crushed™€¦we had to return every one we had delivered from Lowes. We tried a different company (US Appliance), and that refrigerator had a failed circuit board upon delivery. This tells me the company responsible is Frigidaire. We are deeply disappointed and will never purchase a Frigidaire appliance again.

The interior is actually bigger than I expected given the size of the refrigerator. Freezer is a little small, but there™€™s only two of us here so that™€™s fine. It™€™s nice to have water and ice on the door again since our last model from LG failed horribly.

I had another major brand side by side that made a lot of noise and popping sounds. This Gallery unit is whisper quite. Fits nicely in the space I have. Really like the fit and finishes especially the hinden hinges. Plenty of space both in the fridge and freezer. The height of the water/ice dispenser is perfect for larger items. The lighting is top notch and makes finding things a breeze. Would and have recommended to others.

My Frigidaire gallery refrigerator is beautiful! That is the end of what I like about it. The freezer stopped working properly. The ice maker does not make ice. I signed up for Frigidaire support. I tried several times to talk to an actual human being, to no avail! The toll free number, no one answered it's totally automated. No way to talk to human being! The text support system, is a joke! I went on the website to try to get a digital owners manual. Did not happen! I ended up calling and independent person outside of Frigidaire services, for which I had to pay out of my own pocket to find out that my refrigerator is junk. I had only plugged in this brand new refrigerator 2 months ago. It was a total waste of money. Now I am looking for another brand with support services available. I will never buy another Frigidaire.

Well the dimensions were a bit difficult because the fridge bulges out on the sides, so i had to cut some granite. overall it is working well especially ice and water is great. one thing i nnoticed when i had the pizza next to icemaker in freezer, everything was fine. until i decided to move the on a shelf lower then next day, everything was frosted with snow. i do not understand becaus ei thought moving the pizzas away from the vent next to ice maker would be better. but since it frosted over i moved them back. it was strange.

Our space for a new refrigerator is limited, so to get a good brand of refrigerator we choose the side by side from Frigidaire. We are overall happy with it's features. Love the drink and ice dispenser. The only thing I am disappointed in is the design of the adjustable shelves in the doors. They have a 1/4" lip on them, that limits the size or number of containers that will fit. I have to put the juice container in slightly sideways to work. This is a design flaw that could be fixed with a small rounded edge in lieu of the 1/4" lip.

Ice/water dispenser already loose

I™€™ve tried contacting fridgidaire by phone several times only to get a message that they cannot accept anymore calls because of the high volume. I then tried using the chat option to contact them on their website only to get disconnected every time before I could actually chat with anyone. The ice and water dispenser is loose. I can push it in and it pops back out every time. Also sometimes when you close the fridge door it pushes the freezer door open, so that™€™s a pretty cool feature on a brand new fridge. We have to push the freezer shut every time we use the fridge to make sure we don™€™t thaw out all of our food. It™€™s my first and last purchase of anything Frigidaire. Maybe I can do a charge back and go get a better quality fridge since no one will answer me. Maybe if they see this they will reach out to me and we can get something sorted out but until then I™€™d definitely stay away from this or any of their appliances really.
